Registering for the Conference

If you wish to attend the conference you can register for it in advance.
To do so, please send an email to pbeach@ibphoenix.com detailing the following information.

1. Your name.
2. Your company name (if applicable).
3. Your address.
4. How you want to pay for the conference.
   • Bank Transfer.
   • UK (Sterling) or US (Dollar) cheque.
   • Credit Card.
5. Hotel Reservation (yes/no).
6. Room preference (single or double).
7. Any special dietary requirements.

The conference will cost

Early Bird: €399.00 (Euros), $479.00 (USD), £279.00 (UKP) until 30th Sept 2006

Normal: €500.00 (Euros), $600.00 (USD), £335.00 (UKP) after 30th Sept 2006.

Pricing includes attendance at the conference, lunch (Monday and Tuesday) plus morning and afternoon coffee etc. It does not include the cost of your Hotel Room, but we will make a reservation for you at the Andels Hotel for the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night if you request it. This reservation will be made at a special conference preferential rate of about €92.00 Euros per night (single room) or €102.00 Euros per night (double room).

We are thinking about an "event" one evening, but haven't made any firm decisions yet.

Legal Stuff

Pricing does not include VAT, and VAT will only be charged at the UK rate (17.5%) to conference attendees from the UK. Having checked with UK Customs and Excise, the conference is viewed as supply of a "service", as such, attendees from the EC do not have to pay VAT and attendees from outside the EC will obviously not be charged VAT.

Full payment must be received prior to attending the conference.

Cancellation is possible until 30th Sept 2006, but if you do cancel this will incur a cancellation fee of €100.00 (Euros), $120.00 (USD) or £65.00 (UKP) which ever is applicable. After the above date, cancellation will not be possible and the full fees will have to be paid.

The conference program may be subject to change. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled. In such event the conference organiser will have no further liability.

Registration will remain valid even if the conference has to be postponed.
